Abstract

Abstract A sharp decrease in the Dingle temperature has been observed during uniaxial compression in the alloy Bi0.gSb0. 1 along the bisector axis. The decrease occurs because the interval ley scattering mechanism turns off upon the transition from a three-valev electron spectrum to a single-valley electron spectrum in the course of the deformation.
