Abstract
DHS (dinaminė klubo plokštelė) – dažniausiai naudojama fiksacijos priemonė gydant pergumburinius šlaunikaulio lūžius. Šios operacijos metu susiduriama su įvairiomis intraoperacinėmis ir pooperacinėmis komplikacijomis. Viena iš intraoperacinių komplikacijų – dinaminio sraigto migracija. Mūsų klinikiniame atvejyje pristatoma intraoperacinė dinaminio sraigto migracija, kurio klinika pasireiškė praėjus dvejiems metams po operacijos.
