Abstract
本論文は, 規則的な歯型状の不連続面を有する岩石供試体を用いて一面せん断試験を行い, 不連続面の粗さの相違がそのせん断破壊様式に与える影響について, 主にダイレタンシー特性の面から明らかにしようとした. その結果, 垂直応力の増加に対するダイレタンシーの変化は, 不連続面の粗さが増大するほど急激なものとなり, また, その変化は著者らの提案する実験式によってほぼ正確に表現できることが確認された.
