Abstract

AbstractThe contribution presents an analysis of consumer preferences of modern society, presented to the tourism and hospitality industry, and also studies modern technologies that allow improving the service process. The main objective of the work is to assess the compliance of the available capabilities of accommodation facilities, vehicles and tourist enterprises with the needs of modern society. Results: 1. Based on the study of practical experience, it is concluded that it is necessary to use digitalization to improve the service quality system, reduce service time, increase the competitiveness of hotel enterprises, process a large array of information and evaluate consumer preferences of tourists. 2. The main directions in the development of tourist enterprises are identified, taking into account changes in consumer preferences, the transition to contactless servicing, work in a remote format. 3. Conclusions are drawn about the consumer preferences of a modern tourist, about the requirements for the format of service, to the means of accommodation, the choice of destinations and the duration of travels.KeywordsApplicationsBlockchainConsumer preferencesDigitalization of society
