Digital Transformation is a global phenomenon, capturing the attention in every industry and spurring major investment. However, digital transformation is not a single objective, but a multi-faceted approach depending on specific industrial goals and their digital maturity. Digital transformation is the way of change from a monolithic business approach to fully digitalized business strategies, resulting in digital transformation a key economic objective and a major success factor of a comprehensive corporate transformation. In addition to digital technologies, processes, and procedures, and aside from that also skilled employees required keeping pace in reacting quickly to changes in order to adapt to necessary needs and opportunities in the markets, to drive growth and innovation. In the first of the four industrial evolutions, steam power was a disruptive technology that has changed the working capabilities. In the second it was the assembly line and in the third the computer. Today, in the fourth industrial evolution, everything is digital. Intelligent digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data and Analytics, Automated Robots, and others are accelerating a profound transformation in the way industries work and do business. However, beside digital transformation a second transformation narrative occur, which refers to the circularity of business models, based on the foundation, that sustainability, and specifically circularity is a path to an environmentally friendly production and profitability. This business model is not yet widespread everywhere, but economic, social, and technological changes are enabling circularity be enticing. Given this fact, circular economy makes sense not only from an environmental perspective, it’s also likely the way forward to the central goal of waste reduction in production, and also initiating a prosperous environmentally friendly business strategy. In this context, digital transformation can enhance circular economy and circular business models tantalizingly as enabler. Doing so, the technologies used beside circularity byproduct design, production, maintainability and for product life extension, are enabled by data streams about condition, location, availability of required resources. Furthermore, digital transformation technologies enable repairability, reusability of materials, recovery and recycling of materials used and others in circular economy. In this sense, the paper introduces the fundamental background of both transformation narratives in detail with their special capabilities, and also explains their pros and cons and potential applications.

The digital transformation and digital technologies find ample application in service as well as in manufacturing. Advances in digitalization and digital technology adoption encourage service sectors to incorporate new digital technologies into their processes to increase efficiency and productivity. The trend towards up-to-datedness and remote control mechanisms increases service industries' awareness of digital technologies in the era of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0. A transparent and instant management approach with real-time data becomes possible with digital innovation in service. In the digital ecosystem, personalization is more likely to be possible if the increasing diversity in demands for a particular product/service is disruptive. In these collaborative platforms, the prosumer is at the center of the business and acts as designer, customer and consumer. In this digital ecosystem, the consumer is involved in the design phase at the beginning of the process. A new business model is required due to the overall digitalization of the organization. After talking about the digital revolution and transformation, traditional tools for customer demand/relationship management, sales marketing and operations should be examined. The Internet of Things (IoTs), cloud computing, blockchain infrastructure, and business intelligence, are the basic components of digital transformation. This chapter mainly focuses on the digital transformation of the service industry, service innovations, service business platforms and service business model transformation using digital tools. All these digitalization efforts are made possible by innovation in business models. This new digital business model innovation is defined as a unique and significant change in the fundamental elements of the enterprise's business model and value chain architecture. BM analyzes and redesigns operations, content, structure and management to create value by taking advantage of business opportunities. Especially in an environment where organizations and operations, data and processes become open, the concepts of participation in processes and collaboration come to the fore. Sharing economies and platforms where everyone meets on common ground constitute today's new business models. Platform businesses are shared networks and interfaces that create a common structure in which flexibility in design can be achieved, fixed costs can be saved, and efficiency can be increased. Platforms are divided into two: internal and external, and internal platforms are defined as areas where cooperation is carried out within the business or with the business and suppliers for a specific purpose. The study revealed that the labor-intensive and competitive service sector could not avoid this trend. Within the scope of this section, the concept is intended to be concretized through platform works and sample applications. In summary, all this change has caused physical worlds to be moved to small screens and virtual worlds. No matter how perfect the resulting physical product is, it will always be incomplete unless it is supported by accurate and complete services. In today's cyber-physical environment, perfect service platforms will be able to meet the needs and produce real-time and creative solutions to customer demands. These solutions can be provided through innovative and smart technologies such as artificial intelligence and business intelligence. It can be stated with certainty that service businesses that invest in these technologies will stand out from their competitors.

Introduction. In higher education, the issue of using digital technologies that have already proved their value in other areas of social life (big data, digital libraries, the Internet of Things, etc.), and those that have recently become publicly available and still are rarely used in the education system (but are sure to be used in the future) is gaining relevance nowadays. The latter include the artificial intelligence, with ChatGPT 4.0 neural network being one of its types. In Russia, the need to implement the artificial intelligence (AI) is directly stated in the Executive Order of the President of the Russian Federation No. 490 of October 10, 2019, where the National AI Development Strategy for the period until 2030 has been approved. The Russian Federation Government Directive No. 3759-r “On Approval of the Strategic Direction in the Field of Science and Higher Education Digital Transformation” of December 21, 2021 emphasizes that the goal of digital transformation is to achieve a high level of “digital maturity” in higher education organizations, scientific organizations and the responsible sectoral body of federal executive power. The above regulatory requirements induce the research on the prospects of AI technology implementation in educational institutions of all types, including law faculties. The objective of the research is to analyse the organisational, legal and ethical aspects of using the artificial intelligence and justify (on an example of ChatGPT) the advantages and threats of integrating the neural networks in the study process at law faculties of Russian universities.Materials and Methods. In the research, the commonly accepted in Russia methods of scientific cognition were used: the dialectical method, analysis, synthesis, historical case-specific method, logical, comparative legal, systemic methods, and others.Results. In the frame of the research, the theory and practice of using the artificial intelligence in educational process at law faculties have been analysed on an example of ChatGPT neural network. The need of embedding into the curriculum (e.g., at Master's level) the special academic courses that present the features of using the artificial intelligence in juridical practices has been justified. The advantages and threats of using the artificial intelligence, possible regulations for its use in the study process have been identified. Ethical issues of using the artificial intelligence have been investigated, and the experience of various Russian and foreign universities that accept its usage has been summarised.Discussion and Conclusion. Humanity is on the threshold of a new industrial revolution, therefore it is impossible to hinder the development of artificial intelligence any longer. Under the influence of ChatGPT, not only the concept of higher education and a list of teacher and student competencies will change in the nearest future, but also the very understanding of ethics, acceptability and parameters of using the artificial intelligence and other digital technologies. The ideology and philosophy of higher education will change, which will entail legal, methodological, technical and other consequences resulting in adoption of the new digital-reality-related amendments to the Russian Law on Education. The countries where a conservative approach to the new digital educational technologies prevails, will be lagging behind the advanced countries of the world. Formation of a new digital model of graduate’s competencies will happen against the background of other social life changes, including the use of the Internet of Things, unmanned aerial vehicles, robots, artificial intelligence, big data, nanotechnology and many other things. Although the majority of these innovations are not directly related to law, their use will require a legal framework, and lawyers competent in resolving digital disputes will be needed. This is precisely why digital technologies should be integrated into education and taught to students of law faculties.
