Abstract
Due to current new trends in the field of digital technologies, people nowadays own and need to manage increasing amounts of digital data including commercial and personal content. As with other assets, an important aspect in dealing with digital content is how to regulate inheritance of this digital property. The problem becomes even harder in case the content is protected by or used in a DRM system. In this paper, we address this problem by describing a method that supports creation and enforcement of a digital will (testament).
