Abstract

The chapter provides a deeper exploration of digital finance technology practices in trust creation among customers in different infrastructure solutions, systems, regulations, and service development. The digital era increases the speed and scope of information sharing within social and economic changes. The new reality of the rapid growth of financial sector services operations and technology has brought new challenges that need to be supported by enhancing customer trust. The chapter explores digital finance technology in trust creation among customers from three perspectives: market, business issue, and current research. The study aims to analyze primary factors that impact customers' trust to use fintech technology in financial services. The chapter includes three steps of research: based on market data, text mining within business articles, and identification of customers trust factors within the most-cited scientific articles.
