Abstract
The discussion on the contribution of digital city projects in the management of cities and public organizations has been relevant on the national and international literature, with the help of Information Technology. The objective is to diagnose forms and models of digital city projects in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba - Parana. The research methodology emphasized case studies and interviews with public managers through a research protocol. Qualitative and quantitative analyses contemplated 7 cities. Actual results reveal differences in the understanding and development of different forms of digital city projects implemented in the cities. The conclusion reiterates the contribution of the applied method in the diagnosis and evaluation of projects geared towards digital management of cities and the provision of information to citizens.
