Abstract
As the economic level and the rapid development of science and technology, city gradually to wisdom city transformation and sustainable development, based on the application of networked digital city and digital geographic technology, to promote the wisdom of the urban traffic system on the basis of urban construction development, construction of urban transportation interconnection, the operation of the intelligent system, helps to solve the urban traffic congestion, to realize intelligent transportation, for the urban traffic congestion diffusion mechanism and dissipate strategy provides a research basis. Based on the grid dynamics model of cellular automat, this paper calculates the diffusion mechanism of urban traffic congestion and the different time and efficiency of dissipation strategies under the traditional and smart city construction, and thus concludes the role of smart city construction in solving urban traffic congestion, thus promoting the long-term development and construction of smart city.
