Abstract

Introduction/Objective: Dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) and Parkinson's Disease Dementia (PDD) are the two most common Parkinsonian dementia syndromes. While motor features typically distinguish these conditions from Alzheimer's Disease (AD), there is limited data comparing their cognitive profiles. Our objective is to compare DLB, PDD and AD subjects by cognitive, functional, behavioral, sleep and motor/gait characteristics.
