Abstract

In this study, in order to develop Pb-free ceramics capable of being sintered at low temperature, the 0.965((Na0.5K0.5)0.97Li0.03)(Nb0.93Sb0.07)O3–0.035(Bi0.5Na0.5)0.9(Sr)0.1ZrO3 ceramics were manufactured according to BiFeO addition and the their dielectric and piezoelectric properties were investigated. According to the increase of BiFeO addition, the dielectric constant was increased and Curie temperature was maintained constantly. The composition ceramics with x = 0.05 showed the excellent physical properties: density = 4.50 g/cm3, kp = 0.429, Qm = 59, er = 2737, and d33 = 316 pC/N. It is considered that the ceramics with x = 0.05 is an attractive candidate for piezoelectric speaker.
