Abstract

In her first year as head coach of the University of Montana‐Missoula women's basketball, the coach went 7‐23 overall and 4‐14 in the Big Sky Conference. During this year, a starting player left the team. That student‐athlete's parents filed a complaint against the coach with the athletics director, alleging she caused emotional and psychological damage to their daughter through bullying.
