Abstract
In the title compound, [Ni(C5H3N6)2(H2O)2], the central Ni atom is located on a centre of inversion and is coordinated by two chelating pyrazinyltetrazolate ligands and two water molecules in a slightly distorted octahedral geometry [Ni—N = 2.082 (2) and 2.125 (2) A, and Ni—O = 2.068 (2) A]. These molecules are linked by O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds into a three-dimensional network.
