Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of elderly patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction . Methods A total of 53 elderly patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction were selected from October 2014 to May 2016, all patients were examined by CT and MRI, and were diagnosed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA). The detection rate of cerebral infarction in different time by CT and MRI were compared, CT and MRI findings in elderly patients hemorrhagic cerebral infarction were analyzed, and the minimal lesion area and lesion numbers of the two methods were compared. Results The difference of detection rate of cerebral infarction in 0.05), but the total detection rate of MRI (92.45%) was higher than that of CT (75.47%), the difference was significant (P<0.05). The minimal lesion area detected by MRI was significantly smaller than that by CT, the number of lesions was significantly more than by CT, the differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusions CT and MRI have important value in the clinical diagnosis of the elderly patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction. In clinical practice can be combined with two kinds of detection methods, so as to improve the accuracy rate of diagnosis. Key words: Computer tomography; Magnetic Resonance Imaging; Elderly patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction; Diagnostic value
