Abstract
AbstractDiabetic mastopathy can be a source of diagnostic confusion for clinicians. It may present with clinical features similar to breast cancer, and fine needle aspirate, core biopsy and mammography maybe unhelpful in excluding malignant disease. Surgical biopsy reveals characteristic features. As the lesion can recur, follow up is necessary. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons.
