Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of software tools for information and analytical support of management in the field of ecological safety. In the work the attention is paid to the development of decision support system for the tasks of ecological safety on the example of Arctic communications. The authors propose the architecture of such a system, built in the form of a multi-agent software environment. The theoretic basis of the proposed architecture is the use of a combination of different approaches, in particular, functional-target, process, project and network-centric. The proposed architecture is divided into 4 main components (functional subsystems): system of ecological safety monitoring and assessment, distributed storage of data and knowledge, distributed decision-making system, distributed simulation system. The features of the implementation of individual components of the developed decision- support system for the ecological safety of Arctic marine communications are presented.
