Abstract

Abstract Our time is time of changes. Now the people, capable to make the non--standard decisions are able creatively to think are necessary to our republic. New understanding of the tasks of training teachers reveals the contradiction between the existing traditional approaches to training and the real need of the creative personality of the teacher in vocational training. Deep problems of modern social development cannot address the problem of skills and creativity. In addition to the intellectual capacity of the teacher takes on a special significance of its ability to solve non-- standard, creative tasks. This requires strengthening the creative part of the educational process in the training of specialists. As part of the personal approach professional development of future teacher is understood as growth, formation, integration and realization of professionally significant personal qualities and abilities, professional knowledge and abilities, but main -- as active high--quality transformation by students of the inner world, bringing to essentially its new system and a way of activity -- creative self-- realization in a profession. One of the integrated characteristics of the identity of the teacher causing its professional development is a professional creative. The effective decision more depends on level of its formation the teacher of daily tasks and the direction of its development in a profession of the teacher.
