Abstract

The article presents the process of developing the concept of a geographic information system for analyzing the infrastructure of the electric scooter rental service in the city of Novosibirsk. The development of infrastructure for the use and rental of electric scooters is an important task for improving the city and reducing the negative consequences of motorization. A special GIS with an up-to-date database will ensure effecient monitoring of the state of the infrastructure in order to determine the ways for its further development. The paper analyzes the subject area, identifies the main problems, analyzes surveys of users of the electric scooter rental service, determines the necessary functionality of the geographic information system, presents schemes for its functioning and tools for development.
