Abstract

In connection with a variety of machines and operating conditions, a more general approach to the evaluation of the operability of technical facilities is required. Therefore, the development of a mathematical model based on a time series of failures arising in actual operation is of great importance for the evaluation of machinery reliability and the prediction of an operating life under conditions of insufficient information. A technique for processing the time series of experimental data on the failures of various elements of technical objects with a revelation of their rhythmic structure has been developed. The proposed approach to modeling of the time series can be used to analyze latent periodicities in various processes and phenomena.
