Abstract

Abstract In cleaning industries, Vibro cleaner has got remarkable impact which is used to remove contamination from the surfaces of critical components because this process is pollution free as well as eco-friendly. The purpose of this study is to introduce pressure acoustic transient model of vibro cleaning application by means of COMSOL Multiphysics software. COMSOL Multiphysics is of the multi physics coupling simulation software. In transit model, Transducer is directly attached to the outside bottom of the tank. Dur to tank wall transience, Sound waves converted into the pressure waves which create cavitation effect and strike on the object surface to cleans the contaminations from the surface. Various frequencies like 28 kHz and 40 kHz have been used to evaluate the performance of acoustic pressure, sound pressure level, stresses etc. Here, PZT-4 transducer has been used to get more pressure generating rates as well as reduces the cleaning time.
