Abstract
Bus driver scheduling system is one of the important aspects to be considered in providing the optimum level of workers efficiency aim to reduce accident occurrence. Lack of systematic and organized scheduling system is one of the issues concerned. This study is carried out to build a model for the problem of scheduling the bus drivers using 0-1 Goal Programming (GP) method. Adapting the case of Transnasional bus driver, the GP model is developed based on problem solving technique by assigning the priority level which takes into account the company policies and drivers' preferences. The solution of the model provides the bus drivers a scheduling system that satisfies all the constraints and is fair in terms of work load distribution as well as uniformed allowances.
