Abstract

ABSTRACTAfter the analysis of the problems of the relationship between the life cycle of energy industry development and the regional ecological environment, the paper quantitatively studies the interests of all parties and key policy variables of the reform process of the energy industry system based on the microeconomic theory of carbon tax and carbon trading cost. At the same time, the paper regards the mechanism of the development in the new energy industry as the object of empirical study in Hebei province, China, and establishes the model of profit distribution in the regional energy industrial cluster. The research will provide a strong theoretical support for the development of new energy industry cluster in some region.
