Development and Practice of an AI‐Enabled Smart Teaching Model in Basic Mechanics Education
ABSTRACT To address the prominent challenges in traditional Basic Mechanics teaching, including the disconnection between theoretical instruction and practical application, delayed feedback on students' learning progress, and insufficient personalized support, this study constructs an AI‐enabled smart teaching model based on the Chaoxing Fanya Platform. The model is characterized by “AI empowerment, conceptual innovation, methodological optimization, platform support, and curriculum implementation.” Grounded in the core educational philosophy of “technology integration, literacy orientation, and precision teaching,” this study designs innovative teaching strategies such as “AI + flipped classroom” and “virtual simulation + data‐driven instruction,” and upgrades the functional modules of the smart teaching platform. A modular and interactive smart curriculum system for Basic Mechanics is established to support the implementation of these strategies. Teaching practice verification shows that: (1) The average score of the experimental group was 6.7 points higher than that of the control group, with the pass rate and excellent rate increased by 8.5 and 12.1 percentage points, respectively; (2) The experimental group outperformed the control group in all competency dimensions, especially in practical operation ability and innovative awareness; and (3) Regarding learning satisfaction, the satisfaction rate of students in the experimental group reached as high as 92.8%, 14.5 percentage points higher than the 78.3% in the control group. This mode effectively improves students' mechanical thinking, practical ability and innovative awareness, and provides a replicable practical path for the intelligent reform of basic engineering courses.

The social practice teaching base for college students oriented to the cultivation of practical ability is an important position for the cultivation of applied talents and an important guarantee for the realization of collaborative education between schools and enterprises. Schools set applied talents as the cultivation goal, in addition to fully ensuring the teaching activities of theoretical knowledge, it is more important to highlight the teaching practice links, and should pay much attention to the training and improvement of students' practical ability in the process of practical teaching, and explore the establishment of sustainable management mode and operation mechanism to achieve win-win situation. Combined with the characteristics of applied talent training, the training process of talents in business administration, marketing and other majors is constantly enhanced to cultivate the practical ability of talents. The aim is to train students' practical operation ability and cultivate comprehensive management talents who can adapt to the development of the times.

Objective To explore the effects of flipped classroom teaching method based on WeChat platform in clinical skill teaching. Methods Totally 207 students from grade 2014 undergraduate clinical medicine in Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology were randomly selected and divided into the control group and experimental group. The control group received traditional teaching mode of the theoretical teaching and experimental grouping, and the experimental group adopted the teaching mode of flipped classroom based on WeChat platform and experimental grouping. After training, the differences between the two groups in skill assessments were compared. A satisfaction survey about the flipped classroom based on WeChat platform was made in the experimental group. Results The scores of theoretical test in experimental group were 87.47±9.21. The scores of skill assessments including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, four-step palpation, physical measurement of children, dressing change and suture removal, and thoracentesis, were 88.92±4.79, 88.86±6.58, 88.29±6.11, 88.23±9.62, 81.69±10.94 respectively. The scores of theoretical assessment in control group were 82.27±8.69. The scores of skill assessments in control group were 84.10±5.67, 82.37±9.65, 85.75±6.91, 81.95±10.99, 78.74±10.12 respectively. The differences between the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The questionnaire survey in the experimental group showed that the flipped classroom teaching method based on WeChat platform could improve the ability of independent learning 94.2% (98/104), control their learning progress and frequency liberally 93.3%(97/104), deepen and consolidate their understanding of relevant knowledge 92.3%(96/104), get convenient access to knowledge 85.6% (89/104), and increase the learning efficiency 96.2%(100/104). Conclusions The application of flipped classroom based on WeChat platform was effective and feasible in clinical skill teaching, and may significantly improve the learning outcomes, which was better than the traditional teaching mode. With the rapid development of information technology and the deepening of education reform, flipped classroom, as a new teaching mode, has received considerable attention from the education circle as soon as it appeared. This paper analyzes the teaching design principles of big data flipped classroom combined scenario simulation, constructs the teaching design model of big data flipped classroom combined scenario simulation in medical clinical practice, and explores the application and effect of the teaching method of big data flipped classroom combined scenario simulation. In this paper, the experimental group takes care of fusion simulations combined with the flipped classroom teaching method, and the routine control group uses the traditional teaching method; the scores of the two groups on theory, learning initiative, clinical practice, and critical thinking ability allow comparing the teaching effect, concluding that health care integration scenario simulation combined with flipped classroom teaching methods is new. It is beneficial to improve the learning ability, improve the ability of medical cooperation, enhance the sense of humanistic care, and so on. Analysis and comparison concludes that turning medical fusion simulations combined with classroom teaching, promoting the medical students on medical students’ clinical practice to master theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability, and improving the ability of critical thinking ability and care will lead medical students to make a study of basic knowledge of medicine helping to cultivate the graduate student’s study enthusiasm, stimulating interest in learning, improving the comprehensive quality of medical specialty, and making it worth popularizing in practice teaching.

Background and aim: At present, the phenomenon of insufficient problem-solving ability of college students in China is more prominent. The project-based learning(PBL) combined with the outcome-based education (OBE) concept provides new ideas and methods for addressing the problem of insufficient problem-solving ability among college students. The PBL combined with OBE teaching offers effective ways and means to enhance problem-solving ability. Outcome-based education concept (OBE) emphasizes student learning outcomes and focuses on the ability and qualities students acquire during the learning process. While project-based learning (PBL) enables students to participate in solving actual projects, clarifying their learning goals and outcomes, and enhancing their learning motivation and enthusiasm. This teaching model emphasizes practical ability. It focuses on cultivating students' practical ability by having them apply learned knowledge and ability in actual projects, thus improving their problem-solving and practical operation ability, which aligns with the requirements for practical ability in the advertising field. It promotes cooperation and innovation. PBL usually requires students to complete projects in groups, helping to cultivate their cooperation ability and team spirit. At the same time, during the project implementation process, students need to continuously propose innovative solutions, which also helps cultivate their innovation consciousness and innovation ability. This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a new media marketing and planning course based on PBL combined with OBE teaching to enhance problem-solving ability in advertising students. Materials and approaches: The study employed a three-phase research design involving phase 1 was studying the background information through reviewing documents and interviewing experts and students, phase 2 was constructing and verifying the developed course by 5 experts, and phase 3 was implementing the course with the sample of 40 junior Advertising students at Xi'an University which were derived by cluster random sampling. The research instruments used to collect data in this phase were as follows:1) scoring rubric of students' problem-solving ability with reliability of 0.84. 2) questionnaire for students' satisfaction with the reliability of 0.75. Data collection was relevant to test papers and scales, and data were analyzed by using statistics including; means, standard deviations, t-test for dependent samples, and one sample t-test. Results: After implementation of a new media marketing and planning course based on project-based learning combined with outcome-based education concept, it revealed that 1) posttest scores of students' problem-solving ability is greater than pretest at.01 levels of statistical significance (t39= 16.01, p = 0.001). 2) students' satisfaction after implementing the course was statistically greater than the criterion of 70% at a.01 level of statistical significance (t39 =19.51, p = 0.001). Conclusion: The PBL combined with OBE teaching provides effective ways and methods for improving college students' problem-solving abilities. By clarifying learning outcomes, emphasizing practical ability, and promoting cooperation and innovation, the PBL teaching methods model can better meet the requirements for problem-solving ability in modern education and the advertising field.

Based on the OBE concept, this study takes the experimental teaching of Food Technology as the research object and explores the ways and methods of experimental teaching reform by formulating clear teaching objectives, selecting practical and relevant teaching contents, adopting diversified teaching methods and implementing scientific teaching evaluation, aiming to improve students' practical operation ability, innovative thinking ability, teamwork ability and comprehensive quality. This study has theoretical and practical significance for improving the quality of teaching and the reform of education and teaching. The shortcomings of traditional experimental teaching are analyzed, the problems are pointed out, and the ideas and methods of reform are proposed with the OBE concept as the guide. In practice, this study successfully implemented the experimental teaching reform program by setting clear teaching objectives, selecting practical and targeted teaching contents and experimental equipment, adopting diversified teaching methods, focusing on the cultivation of students' practical operation and innovative thinking ability, and implementing scientific teaching evaluation, and achieving good experimental results.

With the reform and innovation of higher vocational teaching, the application of VR technology to the construction of virtual simulation training room in tourism management can provide students with new learning experience and continuously cultivate students' practical operation ability and professional thinking ability. In the virtual simulation system, a large number of data mining technologies are used. The mining steps of the virtual simulation system are mainly divided into two parts. The first is the data mining of the learning process of tourism management knowledge. Its focus is to use statistical algorithms to calculate the actual data, screen and process the relevant knowledge structure, and integrate a series of relevant learning resources. The virtual simulation system can build a digital and realistic working situation for students. It can not only achieve the teaching practice goal, but also quickly improve students' practical skills and practical ability. This paper mainly analyzes the functions of virtual simulation system in the construction of tourism management training room in higher vocational colleges, such as virtual teaching scene, virtual workbench and virtual intelligent operation, so as to give full play to the role of virtual simulation system in the cultivation of tourism talents.

This paper proposes a course design plan for "Chinese Tax System" based on the integration of law and business in response to the demand for tax talent training and the characteristics of the "Chinese Tax System" course. In light of the current teaching design issues, this paper emphasizes the need for practical teaching, including interdisciplinary comprehensive teaching, field trips and visits, as well as information technology-assisted teaching. Additionally, it suggests updating textbooks and curriculum settings, emphasizing the practical application and ability cultivation, interdisciplinary and comprehensive characteristics, as well as fostering students' innovative awareness and practical abilities. Furthermore, innovative teaching methods such as legal case analysis, business simulation exercises, interactive discussions and debates, and innovative project design are proposed. Lastly, a multi-faceted assessment method is recommended, including comprehensive ability assessment, classroom performance assessment, and professional ability assessment. The implementation of these teaching design optimization plans will help improve students' understanding and application abilities of the "Chinese Tax System" course, promote their comprehensive development and enhance their capabilities, providing guidance and reference for the cultivation of high-quality tax professionals.

In view of the rapid development of the leisure sports industry and the continuous innovation of educational concepts, the traditional teaching model of the course "Planning and Management of Leisure Sports Projects" is no longer suitable for the needs of cultivating students' practical ability and innovative thinking. To meet the increasingly high requirements of the leisure sports industry for professionals' practical skills and comprehensive literacy, firstly, this paper focuses on exploring the important role of the case teaching method in this course, and expounds its key significance for developing students' intelligence and literacy and improving their practical operation ability. Secondly, this paper deeply analyzes the current problems in the practice of the case teaching method: the case materials are divorced from the actual situation of the industry, making it impossible for students to access true and effective industry information; the case discussions are disconnected from the course objectives, leading to vague learning directions for students; students generally show insufficient preparation before class, which hinders the in-depth development of classroom discussions; the teaching evaluation focuses on results but ignores the process, failing to comprehensively consider students' learning effects. Finally, corresponding optimization strategies are proposed to solve these problems, so as to promote students' in-depth understanding and flexible application of the course knowledge and improve their ability to solve practical problems.

Inspired by the excellent engineer training program proposed by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, practical teaching in chemical engineering has been paid more and more attention in recent years. As a subject with strong engineering and application, Environmental Engineering requires students of this major to have certain practical operation ability, engineering design and management ability. Have a solid grasp of the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills of chemistry and chemical engineering, and have a certain preliminary ability to design and simulate the production process and equipment. In order to achieve this training goal, it is very important to cultivate students' experimental ability. Arrange different types of practical training projects, such as basic experiment, comprehensive experiment, self designed experiment, innovative experiment, self design of simple equipment and disassembly experiment of chemical pipeline, to effectively improve students' practical ability. Through the chemical design competition, students' engineering ability has been trained and improved. At the same time, relying on the chemical design competition, actively promote the reform of teaching content and teaching methods, strengthen the infiltration and connection between disciplines, strengthen practical teaching, and promote the cultivation of students' engineering ability. During the integration period of engineering certification and new engineering construction, the students trained by engineering majors should not only have the ability to identify, analyze, design, develop, research, communicate and cooperate in the process of solving complex engineering problems, but also have the ability to innovate in scientific research.

Objective: To explore the effect of fragmented case teaching in the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department. Methods: 80 doctors who participated in the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the 80 doctors were divided into experimental groups according to the clinical teaching mode (n = 40, implemented case fragmented teaching method) and the control group (n = 40, traditional teaching method). The training lasted for 2 months, and the medical history collection, medical record analysis, practical operation ability, theoretical assessment results, and the degree of satisfaction towards the training of the two groups of doctors were compared. Results: After 2 months of training, the theoretical knowledge and operational ability of the doctors in the two groups have improved to a certain extent, but the medical history collection, medical record analysis, practical operation ability, theoretical assessment results and satisfaction of the doctors in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of the fragmented case teaching method in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents is significantly better than the traditional teaching mode. The abilities of doctors have significantly improved after the training. Hence, the fragmented case teaching method is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.

Objective To explore the effect of internet + continuing nursing education teaching method in the teaching of Assessment of Consciousness among junior nurses. Methods A total of 98 nurses who have graduated within two years in the third hospital of Mianyang city in Sichuan province were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random digits table method with 49 nurses each. The experimental group used flipped classroom teaching method and the control group used the traditional teaching method. After the training, the scores of examination and nurses′ learning satisfaction were analyzed and compared. Results The scores of nurses′ learning satisfaction in the experimental group was (100.35±12.21) points, learning process, learning content, learning result, learning environment, interpersonal relationship of the dimensions were (26.85±3.38), (22.02±3.07), (20.90±3.15), (17.19±2.50), (13.40±1.51) points. The scores of nurses′ learning satisfaction in the control group was (86.00±11.63) points, learning process, learning content, learning result, learning environment, interpersonal relationship of the dimensions were (23.63±2.81), (19.67±3.06), (17.76±3.32), (15.20±2.46), (9.74±2.74) points. There were statistical differences between two groups(t=3.46-7.97, all P=0.000). The score of nurses′ examination in the experimental group was (78.19±6.11) points,the score of nurses′ examination in the control group was (49.64±14.42) points, and there was statistical difference between two groups(t =10.19, P=0.000). Conclusions Internet + continuing nursing education teaching method can improve junior nurses′ learning satisfaction and the effect of the training, worthy of further promotion. This study aims to enhance students' practical abilities and comprehensive qualities by integrating modern information technology tools. Specific technical measures include using Moodle as the Learning Management System (LMS), selecting Oculus Quest 2 as the main device for virtual reality teaching, and creating highly simulated educational scenarios. It also develops personalized learning programs based on reinforcement learning algorithms, dynamically adjusting learning paths according to students' learning progress, interests, and preferences. During the research process, the implementation team faced and solved multiple technical challenges. After a year of implementation and evaluation, the results showed that students not only significantly improved their learning satisfaction, but also their academic performance and personal skills were significantly enhanced after using these advanced technologies. This study provides important reference and technical guidance for the application of information technology in the field of preschool education in the future.
