Abstract
The purpose of this research is to construct the evaluation standards of e-learning course by e-learning platform industry perspective. Focus group interviews are used to collect data. Content analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process are used to analyse the data. According to the results, the study divides the evaluation standards into three main dimensions: Teaching effect, Design of teaching contents and Feedback mechanism. The research also develops nine evaluation standards for business e-learning courses. Measuring e-learning courses can be used to help business to select good e-learning courses, to provide some evaluation standards which are the base for the human resource department and to provide the right e-learning courses to serve companies.
