Abstract

The concept of smart city seems to have received considerable attention shortly after its proposal. Nearly 200 projects in the world related to smart healthcare are in the implementation phase [1], and this number is gradually expanding. The smart healthcare is essential parts of creating a smart city, because anyone can go to the hospital for treatment. Especially in the case of a large population base and uneven medical conditions in China. So how to effectively allocate doctor-patient links, maximize the role of medical treatment and medical resources are major tasks.In this paper, we investigate the mobile phone software or hospital official network of smart healthcare in the current Chinese market, and analyze the main functions and shortcomings with the aboriginal lens. We try to use data aggregation screening and distribution technology to solve mainstream problems. Through data aggregation screening and distribution operations, we determine and implement health promotion strategies and approaches, which is also one of the frameworks under the Aboriginal lens. Not only that, but other factors in the framework will also be involved.
