Abstract
A highly sensitive and well-reproducible HPLC procedure has been developed for the quantitative determination of fexofenadine in the blood plasma. The drug was separated by reverse-phase HPLC on a μ-Bondapak Phenyl column and reliably detected by spectrophotometry at 220 nm.
