Abstract

The tenure of internship is very important phase for students of hospitality management courses as this phase provides students with supervised learning where students can sharpen their practical skills as the students are getting trained in real working environment. Learning during the phase of internship develops the skills in the students which assist them at the time of final placement hence students should be satisfied with the conduction of internship. The paper would be identifying the role of work environment, contextual factors and task characteristics in generating the internship satisfaction of students. Twelve well framed questions are asked from the students who have recently completed their internship, conclusion of these parameter are made by using statistical analysis.
