Abstract
Objective To develop a rapid analysis method which is applicable for the monitoring of clinical pharmacy Voriconazole's plasma concentration, and to analyze the monitoring results at the same time. Methods We analyzed plasma from HIV-positive people by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC),using 5 μ m of Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column, mobile phase of 1% isopropyl alcohol:acetonitrile (40∶60),flow rate:1.0 ml/min,wavelength:250 nm,to carry out the recovery rate, linearity and precision tests, and combined with patients' laboratory data,to analyze the significance of blood concentration. Results Within 0.2-19.8 mg · L-1,plasma concentration of Voriconazole standed a good linear relationship(R2=0.9912),recovery rate and precision, showing the specificity of this method. Conclusion Using HPLC to monitor Voriconazole plasma concentration of HIV-positive people is a fast, accurate and efficient analysis method for clinical samples, which can reduce clinical waiting time.Voriconazole plasma concentration monitoring has important clinical value.
