Abstract
Halfwidth of the valence band cyclotron transition line ( n = 0 to n = 1, M J = - 1 2 ) has been measured for germanium between 1.5 and 4.2°K under uniaxial compression. The hole-phonon coupling constant is found D 2 = 44 ( eV) 2.
