Abstract
Objective To establish a method for detecting phellodendrine hydrochloride content in Qingfeiyihuo pills.Methods Paired ion chromatography was used.Chromatographic column was diamonsil-C18.Mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile - 0.1％ phosphoric acid( 31:69,V/V )( containing 1.8g sodium dodecyl sulfonate per 100 ml ),with a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1.Detection wavelength was 284 nm.Results Phellodendrine hydrochloride had a better linear relation at a concentration of 5.6 - 28.0μg·mL-1 ( r =0.9996 ).The average recovery rate for phellodendrine hydrochloride was 99.4％; precision of the method was 0.71％ ( RSD,n =6 ).Conclusions This method can be used in detecting phellodendrine hydrochloride content in Qingfeiyihuo pills.
