Abstract
乳糜胸是由于胸导管或其主要分支破裂或阻塞,使乳糜液潴留在胸膜腔内而形成.乳糜胸导致的乳糜液丢失可引起循环、呼吸、代谢、营养和免疫功能异常,严重威胁患者生命健康[1-2].目前,显示胸导管的技术主要是淋巴管造影及核素淋巴管显像[3],但这些技术具有对比剂不良反应、辐射损伤、检查时间较长及组织分辨率差等缺点[4].近年来,无创的非增强MR淋巴管成像技术在胸导管的显示方面展示出独特的价值[4-6],目前这些研究尚处于起步阶段,主要是针对胸导管解剖学及其变异的研究以及探讨一些腹部疾病对它的影响[5-8].而利用非增强MR淋巴管成像对乳糜胸进行检测目前笔者尚未见报道.因此利用MR淋巴管成像对6例各种原因导致的乳糜胸患者进行显像,探讨该技术在乳糜胸检测方面的价值。
