Abstract
<p>En este trabajo admito como axioma que la literatura es fuente de reflexión y enseñanza del Derecho. Al respecto, utilizo un relato literario de von Kleist, Michael Kohlhaas, para preguntarme por la relación –en la novela alemana- entre legitimidad de un gobierno y la acción de desobediencia civil. Además de ello, me pregunto acerca de cómo el carácter moral de un agente, en este caso Kohlhaas, puede conducirlo a una situación trágica.</p>
