Abstract

The article explores the conduct of strategic sessions with organizations whose task is elaboration of a development project (transformation). A detailed description is given of the stages that must be handled by the session participants, i.e. employees of the organization itself and the session organizers. Consecutively, step by step, a general scheme is given for how to design the future transformation. Special attention is paid to the stages of presenting the problems and setting the project targets. The sessions analyzed by the author have been developed and implemented based on a systematically active approach. The conclusions on the need for carrying out the design stages, described in the paper, are based on a large amount of factual materials concerning the strategic sessions supplied, primarily, by universities. The investigation results can be used for planning the strategic sessions and development of organizations’ development projects. For the first time, the article describes in detail and structurally outlines the stages of such work.
