Abstract
In this research we designed and fabricated Si ring resonators to realize Si light emitter by the enhancement of spontaneous emission in terms of the Purcell effect. In the result we got high unloaded Q factor about 110000 and high Purcell factor about 100. This result suggests the overcoming of the thermal quenching of rare earthes in Si
