Abstract

Triazolium-based ion conductive nanoparticles (NPs) with cross-linked cores were synthesized using a self-assembled block copolymer comprising N-vinyl-4-ethyl-1,2,4-triazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (NVETri-NTf2) and N-vinyl-1,2,4-triazole (NVTri) and a site-selective cross-linking quaternization in a selective solvent. Their solution behavior and ionic conductivity were evaluated. DLS analyses demonstrated the formation of stable NPs with uniform sizes (about 190 nm). Furthermore, high ionic conductivity was observed by the addition of an ionic liquid (MEI-NTf2) into NP. Figure 1
