Design of hexa‐channel triplexer with modified manifold‐coupled structure

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn this article, a novel hexa‐channel triplexer with modified manifold‐coupled structure is presented. Three asymmetrical coupling shorted stub loaded stepped‐impedance resonator dual‐band bandpass filter is used to replace the single‐band channel filters in the conventional manifold‐coupled triplexer. The proposed modified manifold‐coupled structure is constructed by two different three‐element lowpass Π‐networks for achieving the required phase shift and filtering performance.
