Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low real-time, low accuracy and easy to be interfered by temperature and other factors existing in the traditional dust concentration detection system, this paper analyzes the principle of light transmission and double light path difference method, selects the appropriate optical devices, and designs a double light path dust concentration detection system on this basis. Taking the design of detection cavity and signal processing module as the core, the environmental sealing and adding constant temperature system are proposed to reduce the external interference and effectively solve the stray light interference. The device can be used for real-time continuous monitoring of high concentration environment, and provide theoretical support for complex environmental dust detection.
