Abstract
The primary goal of this study is to create a brand-new dual band DBRMP antenna for 5.1 GHz and 5.4 GHz in order to improve return loss (dB) in contrast to the triangle antenna. This technique involves varying the frequency to acquire 20 samples. Copper is used for patch and ground, and FR4 epoxy is employed as the substrate material. The return loss of a novel dual band rectangular microstrip patch antenna (DBRMP) at frequencies of 5.0 GHz and 5.4 GHz is reduced to -40.566 dB and -28.386 dB, respectively, according to simulation and experiment data. Ansoft HFSS version 13.0 software was used to design and analyse this antenna. The formula for G power and significance value is 0.8 and p < 0.05. The obtained results shows that the novel DBRMP antenna has improved return loss for WiMAX application compared with triangle antenna.
