Abstract
Ships will discharge a large amount of oily sewage, which will cause serious pollution to the ecosystem and natural environment. Therefore, it is required to treat the oily wastewater of ships to less than 15ppm before it can be discharged. The system takes STC89C52 single chip microcomputer as the main control chip, and controls the extraction, separation and judgment of sewage through single chip microcomputer; GQS oil concentration meter is used to detect the sewage, and the detection data is uploaded to the single chip microcomputer for judgment and treatment; The single chip microcomputer is used to control the relay to control the pump; The corrugated plate is used as the material for filtration and separation; Use LCD12864 to complete the information display. The control system is simulated by the simulation software, which can realize the full and accurate separation of the sewage discharged by the ship and effectively protect the environment.
