Abstract

With the continuous improvement of testing technology, digital signal processing devices (DSP) have been widely used in the industrial field with many advantages such as fast processing speed, small size, and high cost performance. Facing the test requirements of aviation electromechanical products, this paper built a set of linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) signal acquisition system with adjustable excitation frequency. The LVDT sensor signal generation circuit and demodulation circuit were designed. DSP28335 was used as the core processor to collect the demodulated position signal. On this basis, the monitoring program was developed using the C++ multithreading method, the data communication between the computer and DSP is realized by means of CAN bus communication. The experimental results show that the system can realize high-speed acquisition of LVDT signals and has good stability and scalability. The system can be used for the testing of typical actuating products such as electromechanical actuators.
