Abstract
The gas flow facility is mainly used to calibrate the indication error of the gas flow meter, A dual-standard gas flow facility with a parallel structure was developed. The bell jar and the gas standard flow meter can be used in parallel as a standard facility. The design principle, structure and calculation formula of the facility are described in the article. This facility can be used as a parallel dual-standard gas flow facility, and can be used as a back-blowing bell-jar gas flow standard facility or a back-blowing standard meter method gas flow standard facility, it only needs to switch the valve. The research and development of this facility enriches the detection means, expands the flow range, and reduces the pressure loss. It is verified by experiments that the detection results are reliable, the process operation is easy to apply, and it has a good promotion prospect.
