Abstract

In this paper, a permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed to solve the problems of large cogging torque and a large number of permanent magnets in the permanent magnet synchronous motor. Taking the shape, thickness and embrace of permanent magnets as optimization parameters, the combination of parametric scanning and Taguchi method in Finite element analysis is used for multi-objective optimization, so that the stator tooth fluid density, stator yoke fluid density and rotor yoke fluid density can meet the design requirements when they are not saturated, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of the motor.
