Abstract

This study aims to describe the training design of the ADDIE model in improving the performance of library employees. Therefore, it is necessary to provide training to librarians as an effort to equip librarians to be proficient and understand the main tasks and functions that will be carried out, especially in carrying out excellent service in the library. This research uses a library research approach. The data sources in this research consist of primary data sources obtained from journals, and secondary data sources obtained from books related to the Addie model librarian training design in improving the performance of library employees. The data collection techniques used in this study are in the form of documentation. The results of the study stated that the learning design of the ADDIE model can improve the performance of library employees by using several steps, including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The performance of library employees is said to increase when they have loyalty to work, high discipline, and have high creativity in carrying out excellent service in the library. Able to cooperate and actively participate in the university library where they serve.
