Abstract
This work is related to a study about the densification of black agglomerate cork boards, through the development of a densification process and changing of different operational parameters. The densification allows a diversification of the fields of application for this material, shown by the densified products characteristics. The densification process is easy to use by the existing industries, and shows up and downstream advantages and a competing utilisation. This process gave rise to a patent application.
