Abstract
Klasik Turk Edebiyati‟nda onemli bir yekun tutan ogretici eserler, cogunlukla manzum olarak kaleme alinmistir. Bunda en buyuk etken, nazmin nesre gore daha kolay ezberlenebilmesi, daha akilda kalici olmasi ve boylece bilginin cok daha genis kitlelere ulasabilmesidir. Bu yuzden toplum icin onemli olan -sozlukten, fikha kadar- pek cok eser, manzum olarak telif edilmis veyahut daha sonra manzum hale getirilmistir. Bu makalemizle 16. yuzyilda yasamis, edebiyatimizda hayat hikâyesi ve eserleri ile ilginc bir une sahip olan Deli Birâder Gazâli‟nin hayatina dair bilgiler verdikten sonra, buyuk Hanefi fakihlerinden Merginâni‟nin Hidâye Serhu Bidâyetu’l-Mubtedi isimli eserinden bazi bolumleri nazmen tercume ettigi Miftâhu’l-Hidâye isimli eserini tanitacagiz. Metnin gunumuz alfabesine aktarimini da bu calismamizda sunacagiz.
