Abstract
要旨: 【目的】破裂脳動脈瘤コイル塞栓術後にdelayed distal coil migration を生じた1 例を報告する．【症例】68 歳男性．突然の意識障害を発症し当院へ救急搬送された．CT 及びDSA で前交通動脈瘤破裂によるクモ膜下出血と診断しコイル塞栓術を施行した．第16 病日に心筋梗塞を合併し治療を要した．第38 病日に施行した画像診断で前大脳動脈遠位部血管へのdelayed distal coil migration と診断されたが，無症候性のため保存的に経過観察した．【結論】脳動脈瘤塞栓術後にdelayed distal coil migration を生じたがX 線検査が診断に有用であった．
