Abstract

Mycobacterium abscessus is a rapid grower, can cause pulmonary infection and cutaneous infection. They are usually resistant to multiple antimicrobials. So challenging physicians for treatment. Here we report a rare case of cutaneous infection caused by Mycobacterium abscessus mimicking actinomycosis. Keywords: Actinomycosis cutaneous infection, Mycobacterium abscessus and NTM.
