Abstract

Teratomas are the most common ovarian germ cell tumour, with mature cystic teratomas making up greater than 95% of teratomas.1 Teratomas are frequently found in the ovary but can also occur in the sacrococcygeal region, testis, mediastinum, intracranial region, and retroperitoneum. Omental teratomas are rare, and fewer than 30 cases have been reported.2 Consent to publish this image has been obtained from the patient.
