Abstract
目的 探讨肝片吸虫感染所致肝脓肿的CT表现.方法搜集15例肝片吸虫感染患者的临床及CT影像资料,全部病例经平扫及双期增强扫描,分析其CT表现.结果 15例均可见类圆形、结节形病灶,9例呈类似胆管扩张样的分支、条片状病灶,病灶密度不均匀,病灶多发形态多样;肝片吸虫感染所形成的肝脓肿无典型的环征及靶征,脓肿直径≤3.0 cm,未见胆管扩张.结论肝片吸虫感染所致肝脓肿的病理变化,在CT上可以有特征性的表现,结合临床及实验室相关检查,确诊肝片吸虫的可靠性将大大提高。
