Abstract

The article considers certain types of crimes against the information security of healthcare institutions from a criminalistics point of view. Examples of the use of malicious software for criminal purposes are given. Organizational, technical and legal measures to ensure the information security of healthcare facilities are proposed. It is concluded that it is necessary to integrate the information resources of healthcare organizations into the system of critical information infrastructure.
